Note: Claims with dates of service on or after January 1 for all of our members enrolled in group and Individual products are being processed on our new claims system. This allows you to receive one type of payment voucher for all of your Asuris patients, except Healthy Options.
Historical eligibility, benefit and claim information may not be available on Provider Center for these members due to our claim system transition. If you are unable to locate historical coverage information, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
